Our goal at Laura’s Critter Care, LLC is to be your one stop source for all things pet related. Even if you do not have pets, we can look after your home while you are away.  We know that no two clients needs are exactly the same.  Unlike many kennels, pet and house sitting companies, we don’t charge extra for medications, mileage, late night and early morning visits or multiple pets unless you have more than five.  Because of this, our services are often more cost effective for owners of multiple pets. We will work with you to design a service package that suits the needs of you, your home and your pets.  The happiness and peace of mind of our clients is our #1 priority.

Regular Services For

Your Pet

  • Fresh food and water at scheduled visits
  • Walks, playtime, brushing, love
  • Scoop and change litter boxes
  • Administering of basic medications
  • Pick up after pets
  • Maintain your routine
  • Daily status through text and/or Email through our pet sitting software Time to Pet
  • LOVE on them as if they were our own
  • Pick up mail, newspapers, flyers and packages
  • Alternate lights and blinds
  • Basic watering of indoor plants
  • Garbage put out on garbage day
  • Overall security of your home


*20 minutes $22.00  

*30 minutes $24.00  

*45 minutes $27.00  

*1 hour $32.00

Additional Services

*Overnight Stay 10pm-6am $85.00 (limited availability)

*Insulin Administration $5.00 in addition to the cost of a visit, $22.00 without a visit

*House Sitting/House Check (no pets) $22.00

*30 Minute Emergency Visit (less than 2 hours notice for current clients) $35.00


Additional Surcharges

*We work on the following Holidays with a $15.00 surcharge per day Christmas, New Years, Easter and Thanksgiving. We work on the following Holidays with a $10.00 surcharge per day Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, New Years Eve, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. The major holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the dates needed for pet care.

*Work in/Short notice visits 10-20% of total visit 

Please understand that work in/short notice visits require extra effort on our part and may be subject to additional fees (usually 10-20%).  Please be aware that the visit time may be shorter if we are having to work the visit into our already busy schedules. But we will do everything we can to be there when needed in an emergency.

We greatly appreciate the extra fee being included in your payment for short notice scheduling.

Note: A Short Notice is less than 48 hrs for non-holidays or less than 1 week for holidays.

Payment is due in full prior to, or at the time of, the first visit if you are an existing client.  For new clients payment is due in full for the first booking at your consultation. Laura’s Critter Care, LLC accepts cash, checks, ACH payments, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.  If you are paying by check, please make sure it is payable to Laura’s Critter Care. To pay by credit card, ACH checking account or PayPal you can log into your client portal and click on invoices. You can then add credit card information or banking information for payment or pay through PayPal by clicking the PayPal button.

Should you tip your pet or house sitter?  If you were provided with great service it is appropriate to tip your pet or house sitter 10-20% of the total bill. Your pet or house sitter shows a great deal of love and care towards your pet(s) or home and frequently go above and beyond the call of duty.

Cancellation: LAURA’S CRITTER CARE, LLC requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Less than 24-hour notice will result in Client being billed for 100% of the fee for booked services. Holiday cancellation requires a one-week notice. Less than a one-week notice will result in Client being billed for 100% of the fee for booked services. For the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.  If services are cancelled there will be no refunds or credits.  All cancellations must be submitted through your client portal by selecting “schedule” and then “submit a schedule change request” or by calling out office at 716-425-8357.




*Please book early for Holiday weeks/weekends. If we are given one week or less notice on Holiday needs there will be a an additional surcharge for each visit.
*Holiday Bookings: A 50% non-refundable down payment must be received before we will secure the dates you need pet care coverage for during this time.
*Holiday Cancellations: Pet sitting services receive more requests for reservations than they can handle during the holiday time periods and we may have turned away other clients because we have reserved time for you during this busy season. If you cancel a 7 days or less for a holiday booking, you will be charged for one-half of the remaining balance of the visits booked.

Office hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday-Sunday- 10am-7pm. The client portal and messages will be spot checked outside of office hours by a manager on call.
The office will be closed for the following holidays with a manager on call: New Years Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
Amended office hours of 9am-1pm will be on the following holidays with a Manager on call: Presidents Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve
