Our goal at Laura’s Critter Care, LLC is to be your one stop source for all things pet related. We know that no two clients needs are exactly the same. Unlike many kennels and pet sitting companies, we don’t charge extra for medications, mileage, late night and early morning visits or multiple pets unless you have more than five. Because of this, our services are often more cost effective for owners of multiple pets. We will work with you to design a service package that suits the needs of you and your pets. The happiness and peace of mind of our clients is our #1 priority.
Regular Services For
Your Pet
- Fresh food and water at scheduled visits
- Walks, playtime, brushing, love

Your Home
- Pick up mail, newspapers, flyers and packages
- Alternate lights and blinds
- Water plants
- Garbage put out on garbage day
- Basic pool care
- Overall security of your home
Rates
- Regular services and dog walks: $17.00
- Mid day visits Monday-Friday between 10am-3pm: $15 .00
- Vacation rate for 4 or more visits in a row: $15.00
Additional Surcharges
- Gas per visit: $1.00 (non taxed) goes directly to your pet sitter
- Holiday per day: $10 .00
- Over five pets per visit: $5.00
- Late notice (less than two weeks) holiday pet sitting per day: $20.00
- Work in/short notice visits: 10%-20% of total visit rates
Please understand that “work in” visits require extra effort on our part and may be subject to additional fees (usually 10-20%). Please be aware that the visit time may be shorter if we are having to work the visit into our already busy schedules. But we will do everything we can to be there when needed in an emergency.
We greatly appreciate the extra fee being included in your payment for short notice scheduling.
Note: A “Short Notice” is less than 1 week for non-holidays or less than 2 weeks for holidays.

Payment is due in full prior to, or at the time of, the first visit. Laura’s Critter Care, LLC accepts cash, check, major credit cards or payment on Paypal. If you are paying by check, please make sure it is payable to Laura’s Critter Care. To pay by credit card you may call the Laura’s Critter Care, LLC office to keep a credit card on file or have a credit card invoice e-mailed directly to you to pay on line. Should you tip your pet sitter? If you were provided with great service it is appropriate to tip your pet sitter 10-20% of the total bill. Your pet sitter shows a great deal of love and care towards your pet(s) and frequently go “above and beyond” the call of duty.
We work on the following Holidays with an additional $10.00 surcharge per day
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter Day,
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving
*Please book early for Holiday weeks/weekends. If we are given a one week or less notice on Holiday needs there will be a $20.00 surcharge for the day.
*Holiday Cancellations: Pet sitting services receive more requests for reservations than they can handle during the holiday time periods and we may have turned away other clients because we have reserved time for you during this busy season. If you cancel seven days or less prior to any holiday, you will be charged for one-half of the visits.
